Spicy Sriracha Ramen RECIPE




RECIPE | would you like a little soup with that Sriracha sauce? ramen for 1 

in a small saucepan, heat 1 tbls coconut oil
saute spices: turmeric, diced fresh ginger/dried ginger, & black pepper
splash soy sauce
1 cup miso broth
1 cup water
sriracha sauce
handful of spinach
fresh cilantro
squeeze of lime
bring to boil

small handful of capellini pasta | cook 1 minute
(virtually vegans) add 2 eggs | poach gently 2 minutes
splash of coconut milk
green onions

pour into bowl & enjoy what my teens refer to as mom's witch's brew
I squeeze sriracha sauce on almost every bite.
