uh oh. here comes the B12 deficiency

So, a month into clean eating (more plants & less, to almost no animals), I started noticing this symphony of symptoms in the last few days:

acne are you kidding me!
deep depression opposite of my usual joy
irrational irritability outside of my character
withdrawal & apathy really, for this ENFJ!
poor memory
insomnia
continuous low grade headache which I normally never have
loss of appetite
onset of perimenopause symptoms!

According to Dr Axe, a vitamin B12 deficiency is thought to be one of the leading nutrient deficiencies in the world. Vitamin B12 benefits your mood, energy level, memory, heart, skin, hair, digestion and more. Vitamin B12 is also an essential vitamin for addressing adrenal fatigue, multiple metabolic functions — including enzyme production, DNA synthesis and hormonal balance — and maintaining healthy nervous and cardiovascular systems.
There are a lot of serious consequences for a B12 deficiency, but I always say,
what you go looking for, you will find
so I would rather focus on finding the benefits & living a well-balanced healthy life. Here's a selection of 12 B12 animal products that seem pretty necessary (in moderation) for a virtual vegan:
